Services Offered

Income Taxes

All prices include GST & e-filing unless client is unable to e-file. If e-filing is not possible, we will provide you with an appropriate paper copy of the return to submit to the CRA.

One Slip Online Return

$79

Includes personal tax return for those with only one single slip.  ONLY AVAILABLE FOR ONLINE FILING - Not available with in person appointments.

Basic Personal Return

$110

Includes all t-slips, medical expenses, charitable donations, RRSP contributions, investments, etc. 

Personal Return with Rental Income

$150

Basic return plus a completed Rental Income Statement.  $50.00 for each additional rental property or address.  

Personal Return with T2200 or TL2

$150

Basic return plus a completed expenses statement for the Declarations of Conditions of Employment. $50.00 for each additional employer or declaration.  DOES NOT INCLUDE LOG BOOK REVIEWS.  Client must provide days away as per CRA guidelines.

Personal Return with Moving Expenses

$150

Basic return plus a completed moving expense deduction. 

Return with Self Employment

$250

Basic return plus a completed self employment statement. Self employment includes small business and home based business.  If extensive bookkeeping or organization is required prior to completion of the return, this will be charged out at $75.00 per hour.

NIL or Spousal Return

$40

Basic return with no income or deductions reported. 


Financial Services Review

Helping clients achieve their financial goals by providing tax, insurance, and investment advice. All costs are plus GST.

Financial Services Review

Our financial services review includes the following services:

  • Review of Existing Investments (suitability assessment)
  • Recommendation for Tax Savings Optimization,
  • Previous Years Tax Return Review and Current Year Preparation (Basic Tax Return), and
  • Retirement Readiness Review (optional - additional charge)

The cost for the financial services review is per person and for 1 hour of consulting time (excluding tax preparation).


Hourly Rate of $75/hour


Document Provision

Copies of notice of assessments (NOA), RRSP or TFSA Contribution Limits, duplicate copies of tax returns

Uploaded to Secure Portal

$7.50/document

Cost is per item not per request

Printed copies

$15/document

Cost is per item not per request


Special Services

CRA Liaison Services

If the CRA is requesting documentation or you are needing documentation submitted, we can provide  liaison services to the CRA on your behalf.  Items such as  CRA Document Review, CRA Matching Request, Pre & Post Assessments, and/or submissions relating your disability tax credit application, etc can all be disscussed and arranged with us.


Hourly Rate of $75/hour

Previous year tax filing reviews

If you request a review of a return previously completed and changes are requried, the changes will be done on an hourly rate.  This does not include any document request or reivew required by the CRA after re-file or adjustment is made.
